Q: Is Soyato dairy, lactose and cholesterol free?
A: Yes. Soyato is 100% plant based and is hence dairy, lactose and cholesterol free.
Q: Is Soyato suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
A: Soyato is 100% plant based and is hence suitable for vegetarians. All the flavours except Honey Lemon is suitable for vegans as well.
Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: The shelf life of the products range from 1 to 2 years depending on product series.
Q: Why is the product able to last 1 to 2 years while the brand has made a promise to stay clear of presevatives?
A: Our products are produced under strictly controlled processes and pestuerisation adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines, which enables us to reduce microbial count to a minimum without using any preservatives and thus stretching the product shelf life.
Q: Why are some flavours not available in pints or cups?
A: All flavours are produced in both pints and cups. However, due to periods of stock shortages, pint or cup format in individual flavours may sometimes be temporarily unavailable and hence the option is momentarily undisplayed by the system.
Purchasing Information
Q: Is there a minimum order for home delivery? What is the delivery charge
A: No there is no minimum order for delivery. However a delivery charge of between $10 to $12 is applicable for each order below $35. Free delivery above $35 purchased (before discount).
Q: I have placed an order today. When can i expect the products to arrive?
A: Upon payment online, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. We will contact you before delivery, hence please fill in the coordination form and provide us with your mobile number and address.
Q: I have a discount coupon code but it does not work. Why is it so?
A: Discount coupons are not applicable on flash sale days. Other than that, coupons will be valid and honoured within the stated validity periods. If you have any inquiries, please write to us at hello@soyato.com.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept payment via PayPal or credit card. You will see automatically be directed to the PayPal/ credit card page for payment upon checkout. For catering arrangements, we accept cheque payments or cash transfers. Please write in to us at hello@soyato.com for catering or bulk orders.
